I mean come on!! A cake...made out of chocolate chip cookie dough. Do I need to say more? This past weekend one of my best friends was in town and we went for dinner to celebrate her birthday. Before dinner a few friends met up at my house and we had dessert before dinner (clearly we had our priorities in order that night!). I found this recipe for a chocolate chip cookie cake and I thought I would have a go at making it. It was super simple to bring together (you are literally just making a giant cookie!) and it was a big hit amongst my friends.
