friday happy hour: pimm's cup
Friday happy hour is back with a summery spin! Since there’s nothing quite like a cool bevvie at the end of a long work week, I’ll share a refreshing cocktail recipe each Friday for the next month or so. Next up: how to make a Pimm's Cup. A deliciously refreshing drink with a likeness to iced tea. The best part: You can put a pitcher of Pimm's Cup out at any backyard shindig and it's a guaranteed hit with EVERYONE.
Serves 1: Add a few mint leaves, two slices of cucumber and two strawberries (hulled) to the bottom of a tall glass. Add one ounce of Pimm's No. 1, then top up the glass with ice cubes. Throw in a squeeze of lemon, then fill the glass with ginger ale or lemon soda (I like to use San Pellegrino Limonata). P.S. More cocktail recipes
