Cookie swap: Karen's soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies
Here is my recipe for the best ever soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies. The key for these cookies to stay so soft is to undercook them a little (already accounted for in the cooking time). Enjoy!
Ingredients
Directions
1 In a bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
2 In a second bowl, mix the sugars together. Add the butter and mix to form a paste. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix a bit.
3 Add the flour, baking soda and salt mixture from the first bowl, and add the chocolate chips. Stir just until mixed.
4 Prepare the batter on an ungreased cookie tray.
5 Bake for 10-15 minutes at 315 degrees.
