Recipe: Goat's milk brie in grape leaves
Nothing makes a more indulgent appetizer than warm gooey brie, subtly flavoured with grape leaves.

Ingredients
- 180g wheel (about 3/4 cup) goat's milk or cow's milk brie in a wooden box
- 12 grape leaves
Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Take the brie out of its wooden box and remove its plastic wrapping.
2 Place the box on a baking sheet and line the inside with the grape leaves, overlapping the edge of the box with some of the leaves.
3 Place the brie back in the box and fold the leaves over the cheese. Back for 10 to 15 minutes, until the brie is gooey.
4 Serve warm on a platter (or in the box if the brie is too gooey) with homemade crackers, dried fruit and pear slices. A spoon is the best tool for scooping up the melted cheese.
