Start your day with a nutritious super fruit smoothie with acai and cardamom.
Dark-hued berries (including the exotic açai) and pomegranate juice are loaded with antioxidants, which may help prevent age-related illnesses. kefir and flaxseed oil are stars for digestion. The secret ingredient? cardamom – it adds a subtle spicy sophistication.

Ingredients
- 1 packet (100 g) frozen unsweetened açai berry purée
- 1/4 cup each: blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
- 1/4 cup 2% plain organic kefir
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp flaxseed oil
Directions
1 Combine the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
