An easy cocktail inspired by sangria, with an added twist of pear.

Ingredients

• 1 2' strip orange zest
• 1 1' sprig fresh rosemary
• 1 oz pear nectar
• 5 oz dry cava or sparkling white wine

Directions
1 Place the orange zest strip and rosemary sprig into a champagne flute.

2 Pour the pear nectar into the flute, then top with the cava.
